ARCC is part of the City of San José B.E.S.T. network of agencies. ARCC staff have been active participants of the Mayor’s Gang Prevention Task Force Work Plan and serve on both the Technical and Policy Teams. ARCC works with local, state, county, and federal funding resources as well as foundations, corporations and individual donors.
