There are multiple ways to give to Alum Rock Counseling Center, all of them appreciated!
Donations to Alum Rock Counseling Center may be made by cash, check or credit card, including online credit card donations via our DonateNow page. The agency also accepts gifts of stock & planned gifts, and considers donations of property & item donations, when aligned with the current needs and mission of the agency.
Alum Rock Counseling Center is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization (#23-7367637) and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
CHECKS
Checks can be made payable to Alum Rock Counseling Center or ARCC and mailed to: Alum Rock Counseling Center, Attn: Stacy Dryer, 777 N. First Street, Suite 444, San José, CA 95112.
CREDIT CARD DONATIONS
Credit card gifts are gladly accepted over the telephone with a credit card by contacting ARCC’s Chief Development & Communications Officer, Stacy Dryer, at 408.930.2665. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

When mailing in a credit card donation, please include the following information:

MATCHING EMPLOYER GIFTS
Many employers have established a matching gifts program that allows employee gifts to be matched, often dollar for dollar. If your employer has a matching program, please inform the Development Office that your gift will be matched at the time of the donation. Gifts to the Holiday Appeal, Annual Giving Campaign, capital project donations, and donations in support of ARCC’s Annual Luncheon generally qualify for matching gifts.

GIFTS OF STOCK
Gifts of stock are a great way to give to ARCC, while also (in many cases) simultaneously receiving significant tax benefits. If you wish to transfer stock or other securities to Alum Rock Counseling Center please contact Stacy Dryer, CDCO, in the Development Office at development@alumrockcc.org or by phone at 408.930.2665.

PLANNED GIVING
Planned gifts can come in the form of wills/bequests or gifts of real estate, life insurance, and appreciated securities. Gifts of charitable remainder trusts are also an excellent way to donate while receiving both immediate tax benefits and income. The Development Office would be happy to speak with you about planned giving options you may be considering.

GIFTS OF PROPERTY
Alum Rock Counseling Center is willing to accept vehicle donations, real estate, and other personal property on a case-by-case basis. Gifts of furniture, appliances, equipment, and other similar goods are often appreciated if they can be put to good use at the time they are offered. Before bringing gifts of this nature to ARCC for donation, please contact the Development Office, so we can confirm our ability to use them.
