About Our Super Role Models:
DARCIE GREENDarcie is the President of the Santa Clara County Board of Education and the Community & Government Relations Manager at Kaiser Permanente South Bay.
She is a passionate advocate for women, youth and working families. Ms. Green is committed to making our community a better place and has focused her career pushing for education equity, income equality and bringing awareness of health disparities. Darcie Green is a Super Role Model because she has dedicated both her professional and personal life to serving our community.
RICARDO BENAVIDEZRicardo is the Government & Community Relations Manager at Cisco. He has dedicated his career to supporting low-income, disenfranchised communities to generate positive and sustainable change in education and economic development. Mr. Benavidez is passionate about inspiring under-served students achieve higher education by volunteering his time and sharing his story. Ricardo Benavidez is a Super Role Model because he is a dedicated community leader and he inspires positive change in our community.
